Spirituality

Spirituality has been a quiet hum in my life for more than three decades. Not as belief, but as practice — a rhythm of listening, reflecting, and returning to what matters. For me this is a commitment to excellent, to essence, to meaning. To find the truth and reach towards it, a flower reaches towards the sun.

My personal path winds through many traditions — climbing the mountain terrain of Taoism, Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Śaivism, Christian mysticism, and others. But more than anything, it’s been shaped by direct experience: showing up, paying attention, and staying curious. I have made my own map, and will continue refining for the rest of my life. I'll tell you this - it's never what you think it is.

These spiritual practices aren’t separate from my creative or technical life. Nothing is seperate. They help me code with care, make art with presence, and collaborate with warmth. They invite play, depth, and a quiet joy in the process itself.

“Practice is its own fruit.”

Over the decades, I've developed a sense of deep appreciation. This appreciation naturally brings gratitude, awe, and wonder, which fuels the next step of the way.
